This (Guardian Community Trust) is a Medicaid-exempt way that seniors and disabled persons can set aside some of their assets and still meet eligibility requirements for MassHealth (Medicaid) which is often necessary to pay for Day Health (and care) programs, in-home supervision and ultimately nursing home costs.
